A chain of private GP and dental clinics is planning to open on Turnham Green Terrace.

My Healthcare Clinic Ltd has submitted an application (P/2024/2008) to confirm a change of use for 13-15 Turnham Green Terrace.

The company has existing clinics in Wimpole Street, Fulham and Wandsworth and offers both pay-as-you-go same day appointments with Doctors, Dentists and Consultants as well as membership schemes and corporate plans.

They are open 6 days a week including outside normal business hours.

The company has provided designs for the internal layout of the building showing new clinical treatment rooms across four floors including the basement. There are no proposed changes to access to the existing building.

The application states that the proposed use is within the same use class as the existing use class E and is entirely in keeping with the existing surrounding building uses and street scene.

The premises are currently occupied by upmarket estate agent Fine & Country which has been at the address since July 2020. It is an international chain of agents with over 300 branches including 220 in the UK. The business appears to be continuing to operate.

We contacted Fine and Country to ask about the implications of the application for its business in Chiswick but have not yet received a reply.

This site remains committed to providing local community news and public interest journalism.

Articles such as the one above are integral to what we do. We aim to feature as much as possible on local societies, charities based in the area, fundraising efforts by residents, community-based initiatives and even helping people find missing pets.

We’ve always done that and won’t be changing, in fact we’d like to do more.

However, the readership that these stories generates is often below that needed to cover the cost of producing them. Our financial resources are limited and the local media environment is intensely competitive so there is a constraint on what we can do.

If neither of these amounts is suitable for you then contact info@neighbournet.com and we can set up an alternative. All payments are made through a secure web site.

One-off donations are also appreciated. Choose The Amount You Wish To Contribute.
