Business Park Guests get into the Swing
Over 160 turn up for free lessons from the David Leadbetter golf academy
Over
160 people turned up at Chiswick Business Park last Friday (15th August)
to take part in the David Leadbetter Golf Academy and to benefit from
a free professional golf lesson.
The academy accommodated a range of abilities from beginner to advanced;
with small group lessons during the morning and afternoon and larger group
lessons over the lunchtime. Guests from a range of companies took part
in the event which proved extremely popular activity amongst the Chiswick
Business Park community.
A mini golf game held between 12.00 – 2.00pm attracted a further 150 participants and in total over 450 guests relaxed over lunch listening to music from the Barney Dickenson Jazz Band.

The event was part of the Chiswick Park Enjoy-Summer events series, which features a range of different events every Friday from June until September. While the events introduce an element of fun into Friday lunchtimes, they also have a more serious role in encouraging workers to try new activities and gain new skills such as team-building and motivation that can be beneficial in the workplace.
The events will run every Friday (between 12.00pm-2.00pm) until the end of September and are open both to guests based on the park and to local residents and businesses. The next event – (taking place on Friday 29th August) will feature a range of activities reflecting a Work Life Balance.
