This year's Great River Swim, sponsored by Pissarro, will be held on August Bank Holiday Monday 29th August starting 10.15 a.m.
The course will be the same as last year - from Chiswick Pier to Chiswick Eyot and back, a distance of 1000 meters. Last year the winning time was 17 minutes 27 seconds by Jeanette Triegaardt. The leading male competitor was Mike Morris just 7 seconds behind. Last year's field are pictured to the right. Wetsuits will be permitted.
Prizes will include £200 worth of Pissarro vouchers and the nominated charities are Chiswick Pier Trust and RNLI.
