Death not being treated as suspicious
January 9, 2023 A person has died after being hit by a train at Turnham Green Underground station this Monday morning (9 January). The emergency services attended the incident and a London Air Ambulance was heard in the vicinity at the time but, despite the efforts of paramedics, the victim was pronounced dead at the scene. British Transport Police say that they are currently working to identify the deceased and inform their next of kin. The incident is not being treated as suspicious and a file is being prepared for the coroner.
