Five-Year-Old Girl Accompanies the Teenage Girl Muggers
Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a robbery in Chiswick. Police were called to Newton Grove (off South Parade) on Tuesday 6th February to reports of a robbery having taken place inside the premises. On arrival officers spoke to the victim, aged 95, who was suffering from shock. An ambulance was called but no medical treatment was required. The victim had returned to his flat at approx 20.00 and became aware of the two female suspects As he opened the door the two women pushed him inside, took him into the bedroom and demanded money. He gave them a small quantity of cash and they left the premises. Suspect one is described as white aged approx 17 years of age with mousy coloured hair. Suspect two is described as white approx 19 years of age with mousy coloured hair. The female child is believed to be approx 5-years-old and has blonde hair although there is A neighbour of the victim wrote on the ChiswickW4.com forum “I live in a block of flats in Chiswick with multiple entrances. Yesterday evening, an elderly resident of this block was attacked in his flat and robbed of money and keys. The resident had been followed in through his outer front entrance door by strangers, who had claimed to be residents on his staircase; they then bundled him into his flat and assaulted him. The thieves were two females, accompanied by a female child.
