Robert Evans helps headteacher and pupils plant new fruit trees
The six Apples and three Pears will grow on specially chosen dwarf rooting stock in containers near the children’s recycled bath-tub allotments. The children are shown just after planting a conference pear and are determined to nurture the tree and see at least three fruits at the end of the summer. February 9, 2007
