Schoolboy Hit by Car on Sutton Court Road

Taken to hospital but injuries not life threatening

A school boy has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car on Sutton Court Road this Friday afternoon (16 September).

The collision occurred at around 4.30pm.

The driver of the car stopped at the scene. The boy suffered a fractured pelvis and some superficial injuries but is expected to make a full recovery.

Sutton Court Road was closed from the time of the incident to around 7pm leading to substantial traffic delays in the Chiswick area. This was exacerbated by a coach breaking down on the A4 nearby.
