Aldershot 1 - Brentford 0
Brentford crashed out of the FA Cup tonight at League Two Aldershot
The only goal of the game came early on, Small piercing the Bees backline to fire past Richard Lee.
Things could have worsened before half time but the home side wasted a great chance to double their lead when some bloke missed a sitter. Legge also denied Marvin Morgan with a crucial tackle.
Woody was subbed at half time for the second game running with Myles Weston joining the fray.
Brentford did improve but Simmo hit the post, Spillane headed over and Myles shot narrowly wide as The Bees failed to trouble the scorers for the second match running.
On a cold evening Brentford did little to warm their supporters moods.
Things need to change soon as even the most loyal supporters are starting to lose heart.
Oh and balls lumped roughly in the direction of Robbie Simpson do not constitute a tactic.
Bees - Lee, Wright, Spillane, Legge, Woodman, Saunders (Forster), Kev, Dave, Wood (Weston), Simpson, Mac
