Most recently reported sale suggest prices strong in fourth quarter

If the strong performance of October of Chiswick property prices was seen by some as an anomaly, their argument has been undermined by a repeat in November when the average price continued to top the £650,000 level.
A detailed report on the fourth quarter property market in Chiswick will appear in the e-mail newsletter shortly but, if the indications from October and November are anything to go by, the market will have reached a new peak.
The average price of W4 properties sold in November was £653,666.
There were twelve properties in the million plus bracket including two that changed hands for over £2 million.
