Coffee shop Tamp seeks licence to sell alcohol

Customers at the recently opened modern-rustic coffee shop Tamp, in Devonshire Road, may soon be able to have something stronger than coffee as the owners have applied for an alcohol licence.

They want to serve a selection of wines and bottled beer on the premises alongside their range of espresso drinks, smoothies, and light meals and snacks.

The application states that the alcohol would cease to be served at 18.30 Monday to Wednesdays; 22.30 Thurs-Sat and 18.30 on Sundays.
