Will
to Win stay top
Wimbledon absences don't hinder
local tennis club
Despite
having three players away working at Wimbledon, Will to Win consolidated
their position at the top of the Middlesex league with a fine victory
over second place Brentham.
The
stars of the evening were Marcus Barclay who was exceptional at
the net and Paul Vinnell who set the play up with his trademark
powerful forehand. This combination won all four matches closely
followed by Conrad Germain and his partner who won three. David
Genoux returned to the side and partnered Phill Tait who made up
the team.
Will
to Win are currently enjoying their best ever season and top the
league and have reached the final of the Middlesex Cup
