Monday 27th November Drinks from 7pm and dinner from 7.30pm. The evening will be hosted by Joseph Perrier's chief winemaker Jean Claude Fourmon and Charles Hakins their UK distributor. A wonderful opportunity to try five of the Joseph Perrier cuvées alongside a four course dinner prepared by Rufus Wickham. Jean Claude will take you through the different champagnes and be able to answer your questions regarding their different styles and how they match the food they are served with.
