New name and new menu for the cafe as it becomes Citrus & Spice
The Crepe Parisienne has had a makeover and a name change and has expanded its menu to give "a touch of the Middle East." The popular cafe on the High Road is now Citrus & Spice and its loyal clientele will be glad to hear that its breakfast crepes will still be available, in the mornings and at lunchtime, alongside the new menu. Crepes can be eaten as a dessert in the evenings. Cold mezzes include hummous, falafal, olives, tabbouleh and bread, with hot mezzes offering halloumi and merguez sausage, and calamari as well as other options. Other new dishes which are proving to be popular include a Duck Tagine, 'String Chicken' (chicken marinaded in ras al hanout spices) and Moroccan chicken salad. The restaurant has an alcohol licence. Monday to Friday 7am-6pm Saturday and Sunday 8am-7pm From September 1st Monday to Friday 7am-10:30pm Saturday 8am-10:30pm Sunday 8am-10:00pm
