Dinner at SK

From Thursday 31st October, an exciting new fine dining option will be available at Sam’s Kitchen Chiswick with the launch of ‘Dinner at SK’, A weekly event, ‘Dinner at SK’ will be available every Thursday - Saturday from 6pm - 9pm offering a weekly changing tasting menu of the best seasonal dishes.

When we spoke to Sam, he told us: "In August 2025 it will be 20 years since I first opened Sam’s Brasserie in Chiswick and lots has happened since then! Chiswick is where this whole crazy journey started for me and without Sam’s Brasserie and the support of the Chiswick community, we would not be doing anything that we are now- it is all based on the success and love that still exists for Sam’s Brasserie.

"So I am really thrilled to be launching a new Dinner offering in Chiswick at Sam’s Kitchen. Called Dinner at SK, this will be our must intimate dining experience with only 35 seats: it will be where fine dining meets my passion for hospitality, great service, buzz and fun!

"There will be a weekly fixed menu- £55 for 3 courses. The menu is based around sourcing the very best seasonal ingredients and the talents of our exceptional Head Chef, Abbie.

"We have had lots of fun creating new cocktails and I am enjoying finalising the wine list! I am personally really excited by this slight change in direction from my normal high volume large brasseries. I really want this to be a twist on traditional fine dining."

Key to the success of Dinner at SK is Sam’s Kitchen head chef, Abbie Hendren. This is an opportunity for Hendren to showcase her full culinary skills which were first fostered at culinary institutions such as The Petersham, La Trompette and L’Enclume. An ambitious and passionate cook, Abbie has been at the forefront of Sam’s Kitchen since taking over the reins at both Sam’s Kitchens earlier this year, helping to quickly establish it as the best breakfast and brunch in West London. Sam has been keen to showcase her full cooking repertoire, and Dinner at SK means diners can now enjoy the full might of Abbie’s talent.

Keeping it simple, the weekly changing set menu will consist of three courses and through working closely with Sam’s suppliers like Chiswick House & Gardens, Wright Bros. and HG Walter, will champion the best produce available. Two weekly new cocktails, created especially for Dinner at SK, will provide the perfect kickstart to any evening and a succinct wine list personally chosen by Sam will suit all budgets from delicious house wines to perfect pairings and a few cellar options too.

Dinner at SK will be a gastronomic adventure and a welcome addition to West London.
