The next talk to be hosted by the Chiswick Pier Trust will be given by local photographer Andrew Wilson.

His fully illustrated lecture will be on the subject of ‘Birds of South West London and the Thames’.

It is taking place at Chiswick Pier House on Tuesday 12 November at 2pm.

Andrew is well known for his books with many colour plates of the local areas.

He will be showing some of the wonderful photographs he has taken and explaining how he captured those shots.

He will also give some hints on how to improve your own photographic skills.

Tickets £7.50 to include tea and cake which will be served afterwards when you will have a chance to chat to Andrew and peruse his books which will be available for purchase.

These events are organised by the Chiswick Pier Trust which works to engage people with the River Thames. It provides access to the Thames and supports major river events, as well as organising events of its own.
