Keith Myers completes the gruelling challenge in under 3 hours
Chiswick resident Keith Myers has successfully completed the Royal Windsor Triathlon in aid of the Multiple Sclerosis Society. He trained hard for this his first triathlon which consisted of swimming 1500m in the River Thames, cycling 40km and then running 10km all without stopping. He finished the triathlon in a very creditable 2hrs 58minutes breaking his target of 3 hours. Keith said, "I learned that swimming in a straight line in the Thames is not easy and that no matter hard you paddle, there are always those who can paddle harder. " June 25, 2004
