Chiswick Councillor Appears on Jeremy Vine Show
Ron Mushiso talked about his background and a range of other issues

Ron Mushiso, who represents Chiswick Gunnersbury ward for the Conservatives, made his TV debut this week with an appearance on "The Jeremy Vine Show".
He was a guest on the Channel 5 live talk show hosted by the Chiswick resident this Thursday (1 February).
The live talk show, which features topical discussion and current affairs, previously has had many well-known guests including Owen Jones, Jordan Peterson, Anne Widdecombe, and Rachel Reilly. Cllr Mushiso, who will be the Conservative’s candidate for the South West constituency in May’s Greater London Assembly elections, was in the spotlight alongside TV presenter Cherry Healey.
During the show, the guests discussed the recent chemical attack in Clapham, the compensation saga with the postmasters, knife crime, dangerous driving, and the public sentiments towards Nicola Sturgeon.
In a debate on Nicola Sturgeon’s testimony to the Covid inquiry, Cllr Mushiso argued that did devolved government hindered the response to the pandemic. He pointed out that during the two world wars the response coordinated by a national government and responded calmly to questioning by journalist and political activist Pat Kane who strongly supported the former leader of the Scottish government.
