In the 21st Century equivalent of the wild west sheriff's warning to 'get out of town' police have successfully secured a court order that stops Craig Rogers from coming to Chiswick

The District Judge at Feltham Magistrates Court has imposed a post conviction Anti Social Behaviour Order against him which will run for 5 years.

The order followed nearly two years of anti-social behaviour by 29 year old Rogers in the Chiswick area specifically in Staveley Gardens and Alexandra Gardens. Rogers was also sentenced following conviction for 3 assaults on police officers which took place in 2003.

He is now prohibited from entering an area which roughly coincides with the W4 post code area. He will be in breach of the order if he commits or incites any other person to commit any acts of anti-social behaviour such as threatening, abusive or violent behaviour and illegal drug use or drug dealing.
