Order to be 'rigorously' policed after youth's anti-social behaviour affects residents

The Police in Chiswick

An Anti Social Behaviour Order has been granted against 16 year old Chiswick youth, Daniel Owens of Edensor Gardens.

The teenager is prohibited from:

• Entering Chiswick High Road between Fishers Lane and Elliot Road (other than passing through in a motor vehicle, not a moped or motorcycle). This includes the rear of premises, Bond Street and Bond Street car park.

• Entering Chiswick Community School or Staveley Road or Burlington Lane where they border the school.

• Entering Alexandra Avenue except when travelling to and from his place of education or when accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over.

• Engaging in behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress to any person not of the same household as himself in England and Wales.

Owens is white, 16 years old, 5’9” tall, slim build with blue eyes.

Inspector David Osborne of Chiswick Police Safer Neighbourhoods said, "Daniel Owens and the terms of this order are well known to local Police. His anti social behaviour has affected people of all ages. We will rigorously police this ASBO in order to make sure that the people of Chiswick do not have to put up with this type of unacceptable behaviour."

The order is in force until 4th November 2010. Anyone who witnesses an ongoing breach of the terms of this ASBO should contact police by dialling 999.
