'Emerging' Media Firm Moves into Chiswick Business Park

Newly established Volant Media taking space in Building 11

A company called Volant Media has taken space in one of the buildings in Chiswick Business Park.

The firm which is being described as an emerging player in the media industry has agreed to let a 7,359 sq ft office for its first office on a ten year lease at £52.50 per sq ft. It will be taking over the vacant part of the second floor in Building 11.

There are no further details available at this stage about the business which was recently incorporated and does not appear to have a web site.

Ed Hodgson, director at Chiswick Park’s asset managers Blackstone Property Management, was quoted in Property Week Magazine as saying, “Chiswick Park is a well-established media hub and continues to attract widespread interest from both large and emerging players like Volant Media.

“Workplace cultural factors such as environment, space and employee wellbeing hold particular sway with creative companies and thanks to Enjoy-Work, Chiswick Park’s offer in this space remains as compelling as ever.”

Other media and technology companies based at the 33 acre site include CBS News, Paramount International and Discovery Networks Europe.
