Record breaking donation thanks to their 6 million step challenge

The team from Marmalade Jewellery presented The Upper Room with a cheque for £12,105. This impressive sum was the amount raised by sponsorship for their challenging 6 million step challenge which involved 6 members the Marmalade team committing to walking 6 milion steps between them in 90 days. This averaged out at 12,000 steps per day per person.

The Marmalade team were particularly proud to discover that they are in fact the biggest single donor to the Upper Room charity so far this year.
