London Hotel School is an approved centre for the teaching of the Wine and Spirit Education Trust.
This a ten week series covering the world of wine focusing on tastings and food matching with the added opportunity to complete the Wine and Spirit Trust's exam for the Intermediate Certificate in Wines and Spirits.
The course focuses on the main classic grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Syrah and Grenache. Each day we will taste approximately six examples of wines with appropriate food accompaniments.

4. Wines of Germany
5. Wines of Italy
6. Wines of Spain & Portugal
7. Wines of the Americas
8. Wines of South Africa, Australia & New Zealand
9. Champagne and Sparkling Wines
10. Final test/WSET Exam Revision and concluding event
11. WSET Exam (optional)
