Eco-age receives nomination in London Lifestyle Awards 2010
Chiswick’s eco emporium has made the shortlist in the London Lifestyle Awards 2010. The green-hub Eco Age was nominated for an award in hotly contested The Best Green Contribution to London category. “Fingers crossed and good luck to our competitors,” says Livia Firth before adding “but not too much!” The London Lifestyle Awards celebrate what is good and great about the capital city. With a mission established to honour and praise those whose work has made an outstanding contribution to London and the lifestyles within all squeezed into 16 awarding categories, the awards organisers are determined to raise awareness and promote the London businesses that make London the unique and exhilarating place it is. Jason Gale, creator of the London Lifestyle Awards, says of the Awards; “London is one of the greatest cities across the globe. Diverse, advanced and unique, we should all be applauding the businesses that make it the spectacular place for not only tourists but for residents also. I dreamt up the London Lifestyle Awards 3 years ago and in 2010 I took the plunge after meeting Bill Clinton and hearing him eulogise about how great London is. Let’s celebrate London.”
