A high majority (68%) agree that they feel fairly paid for the work they do relative to people in similar organisations and that their pay reflects their responsibilities (69%). Management also received a good score from more than three quarters of employees (76%) stating that they find management supportive with 77% agreeing that they talk openly and honestly to staff.
