In the past, John has concentrated predominantly on building houses for individual clients and the standard of the workmanship is reflected in the fact that two of his projects appeared in the property section of the Financial Times and the Daily Mail. Now though, rather than building houses, John wants Unique Space Homes to focus on refurbishments, extensions, basements and general building work, explaining “My past experience shows my team has the capability to build houses from scratch and we would still be happy to work on a house build, but I am aware that the majority of home owners are looking for reliable, friendly and trustworthy builders to carry out smaller projects too. It’s my goal to turn clients’ properties into homes that they will take pleasure in living in for many years.”
