Right in the heart of Chiswick, this brand new studio is the perfect place for you to get fit, flexible and fabulous.  Our 6 Allegro 2 Reformer beds, are of the highest quality with more functions than the standard Reformer beds, for an all over body workout.  There are classes for everyone from beginners to experienced health and fitness seekers.  All clients are introduced to the Reformer 2, including techniques, correct alignment and breathing with classes lasting 50 minutes. We will also offer one-to-one sessions depending on schedules.

Owner Steve has a vision to keep the training team small, with a focus on personalised service, and a hand-picked and talented team ready to help you reach your fitness goals
