There has been huge success for a new, Five-a-Side Football League for children and young people, being run by highly-respected Foxes FC.

The Foxes Fives League takes place on Friday evenings, on superb all-weather 3G football pitches, under the guidance of experienced football coaches and FA-qualified referees.

Foxes FC, an FA-accredited football club, launched this Friday five-a-side league in January 2023 at the world-class Quintin Hogg Memorial Sports Ground River Pitches. The sports ground benefits from FIFA-certified all-weather football surfaces, floodlighting, car parking, changing rooms, spectator seating and beautiful vantage points.

It has also proved a hit with parents and carers as the River Pitches are easy to get to by car or tube, opening up this exciting new five-a-side league to players from many local communities around Chiswick too.

Foxes Fives League parents have described the venue and the organisation of this league as “truly outstanding”.

One parent – Claudia – said: “Our team was playing at another league in Chiswick. We heard about this opportunity and decided to join. It was a chance to play on all-weather pitches with professional coaches and referees. I'm most happy about the club's professionalism, the atmosphere at matches, and that my son and his friends are having a great time together. The coffee cart is a lovely touch too!”

What is Foxes Fives?

Foxes Fives is a weekly five-a-side football league for teams of boys and girls aged five – 15, based in Chiswick and Kensington. It offers fun, friendship and a nurturing social opportunity.

Players get an unmissable introduction to formal match experience, with professional referees and safe playing surfaces. It can be a 'just for fun' Friday night activity. Alternatively, it's a great starting point for players who want to progress to the Foxes FC Academy, providing advanced football coaching and league participation.
