Artisan Pasta with Ursula Ferringo (Wednesday 5 February) Ursula, who grew up immersed in the culture of Italy's rugged Amalfi Coast, will teach the authentic cookery techniques that she used alongside her grandmother in their family kitchen. Delve into essential pasta-making methods, the history behind fresh pasta, and matching it with perfectly chosen sauces. An Evening with Honey & Co (Tuesday 25 February) Taste Honey & Co's Middle-Eastern inspired dishes first hand during this relaxed and interactive evening of delicious demonstrations, followed by a chat with the founders – Sarit Packer and Itamar Srulovich. Guided by Leiths chefs, you'll bring Persian recipes to life with this hands-on evening class. Mauritian Cooking with Shelina Permalloo (Saturday 18 April) Using beautiful, fresh ingredients, Masterchef winner Shelina will show you how to cook authentic Mauritian street food with a contemporary twist in this fun, interactive class.
