Essential Professional Patisserie Skills is a new, exciting course at Leiths School of Food and Wine. By the end of this two-day-a-week course, you will be able to make:

  • Perfect pastries like Spiced apple beignets and Passion fruit meringue pies
  • Sumptuous savouries like Asparagus, speck and pecorino tarts, Crab beignets and Feta strudels.
  • Mouthwatering Macaroons and Petits fours, and a classic decorated Genoise Gâteau
  • Stunning deserts like Buttermilk panna cotta with poached vanilla quince and Rhubarb mille feuille with Champagne

This new summer course runs from 8th June 2017 - 14th July 2017, on Thursday and Fridays. Leiths is based just off the Askew Road, near Ravenscourt Park.
