Discover The Power Of The Leiths Diploma | |
Open Evenings 9 March and 1 June
Whether your aim is to become a chef, food writer or food industry mogul, the Leiths Diploma in Food and Wine can help you realise your dreams. Known as the ‘Oxbridge of the food world’, Leiths School of Food and Wine has trained everyone from Diana Henry and Xanthe Clay to Lorraine Pasquale and Gizzi Erskine since Prue Leith started the school in 1975. The Leiths Diploma attracts serious chefs from around the world who go on to work at The OXO Tower, at Rick Stein restaurants, on BBC Good Food Magazine and start their own businesses.
This internationally renowned full time cookery course is divided into 3 terms; cooks can choose to take the Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced Certificates individually, or to combine them to achieve the Diploma in Food and Wine. Join us at one of our upcoming Open Evenings to find out more. You’ll have the chance to take part in a hands-on mini class, explore our bespoke building and speak to the teaching staff and current students to get a real taste for what your Leiths journey will be like.
