TV Expert to Host Valuation Session at Chiswick Homeware And Gift Show | |
An opportunity to get your treasured items valued
Visitors to the Chiswick Homeware & Gift Show on Saturday 2nd November will have the opportunity to get their treasured items valued by an expert. Antiques dealer and auctioneer Tom Keane, who has appeared on popular TV antique programmes, including Cash in the Attic, Bargain Hunt and Dickinson’s Real Deal, is hosting a valuation session at the event, between 12 and 2pm.
During his 25 years in the antiques business – including running Chiswick Auctions – Tom has acquired a vast knowledge of art and antiques spanning the 17th to the 20th centuries. For those who’ve wondered if that old vase gathering dust in the loft or the picture they bought at a car boot sale is worth anything, the valuation session offers the perfect chance to find out.
The Homeware & Gift Show will have stalls taken by West London independent businesses selling quality vintage and retro pieces, unique and handmade items from local expert craftspeople. There’s even a ‘vintage’ tea room. The show, organised by Wilson Picks, will be held at St Michael & All Angels Parish Hall, Bedford Park (close to Turnham Green tube station) from 10am to 4pm. The £1 admission (children free), will include a donation to Guide Dogs for the Blind. For more information including who will be exhibiting, see www.HomewareandGiftShow.co.uk
