Helen Pidgeon aims to provide flexibility in reaching agreement with collaborative processes

1st June saw the opening of niche family law firm Helen Pidgeon Solicitors in Chiswick Park. Chiswick resident Helen Pidgeon has 15 years experience as a partner in some of the leading City law firms. Helen says “In recent years clients have been looking for different ways of reaching agreements within their divorce or separation and a small niche practice is well placed to provide the flexibility people are looking for."

Whilst providing the traditional litigation process often found in  divorce proceedings Helen Pidgeon Solicitors are proud to be at the forefront of new ways of helping people resolve their disputes through Collaborative law and Mediation.  Helen says “The collaborative process provides people with legal advice and support, but through a series of meetings between the lawyers and parties I can help people negotiate a settlement that is unique to their family’s needs.
