Chiswick Health and Fitness is a brand new health and fitness website just for local people to help them look their best in 2014 and take their health and fitness to the next level. Daniel James is a personal trainer and holistic health coach who has just moved to the area and wants to help local people make 2014 their best year yet by teaching them all they need to know about getting super healthy, fit and in great shape. Dan and his team will be doing this through a free health and fitness newsletter sent out each week with lots of different health and fitness videos and articles to help you start changing your body and health. These will include healthy eating tips, quick and healthy breakfast lunch and dinner recipes, home fitness workouts, gym workouts, muscle toning and definition tips, effective fat loss tips as well as other important things like tips on how to sleep better, manage stress more effectively and master your mindset for long term success. As well as the weekly newsletter, they will also be setting up fitness camps and online fitness plans, as well as a brand new community based membership site where members will get even more great information and advice. In addition, they will be teaming up with local businesses in the area that can help you stay truly fit and healthy in Chiswick in 2014.
