To celebrate 24 years of the Food Market trading
The Food Market at Dukes Meadows will be 24 years old on 3rd September. Set up in 1999 by Dukes Meadows Trust, the market spearheaded the regeneration of the park and has raised over half a million pounds since it was established to fund improvements and ongoing maintenance in the park. Chair of the Trust Paul Davis said “the market brought life and fresh food to our corner of Chiswick. many of our original farmers; March House Farm, Ringden Farm and Ted Dawson are still with us as well as baker Syd Aston. To thank our lovely customers for their support, the Trust is offering free caricatures in the market by caricaturist Michael Bradstone.
