CYKL HAUS is Chiswick's unique boutique spin studio offering convenient and quick workouts. Using the number one industry rated bike and Bluetooth headphones to provide a focused personal experience you will ride your way through an exhilarating 30 or 45 minute calorie crushing minutes.

This low impact exercise is suitable for all fitness levels, you will be motivated to perform at your peak and burn hundreds calories whilst riding along to awesome beats.

We have passionate instructors, small class numbers and a convenient location in the heart of Chiswick high road. You control the level the music and your gears for you to personalise your workout. With 30+ rides per week from Monday to Sunday you have plenty of options.

Our introductory offer will give you 10 rides for £25 (valid for one month from purchase) available through our website or dedicated app (app store and google play, search for 'cykl haus').
