Our detoxes have been created by our founder and Clinical Nutritionist Ruth Wood, who understands that 21st Century living can be challenging leaving us feeling sluggish, stressed and occasionally over weight. Every now and again our bodies feel like they need a rest and some TLC! Designed to give the body a helping hand, the detox packages include a wide variety of foods, known for their healing and cleansing properties. The food and juices are high in vitamins, minerals and contain many different nutrient profiles that nourish your body and support detoxification.

Food & Juice Detox This detox includes a combination of delicious food, juices and soups and is a good introductory detox available in a 3 or 5 day package. The key benefits of this detox are to support detoxification pathways, give your digestive system a rest and to nourish your body every 2 to 3 hours. 3 day package £150.00 5 day package £250.00 |

Soup & Juice Detox The benefits of the Juice and Soup Detox are that your digestive system receives more of a rest and floods your body with nutrients that are more easily absorbed and put to good use. This cleanse is highly nutritious and filling, containing 7 elements each day reducing the chance of cravings and hunger, though as mostly liquid some may find it more of a challenge. 3 day package £150.00 |
The 3 and 5 day detox packages start on a Monday, running through to Wednesday and Friday respectively. Please note orders need to be received at least 3 days prior to the start of your detox.
Detoxes are available to collect from The Hogarth Health Club, Chiswick during club opening hours or can be delivered free to the following postcodes - W3, W4 W6, W12, SW13 and SW14. For deliveries outside these areas please contact us.
