A tiny studio flat, which features a shower in its kitchenette, beside a mini cooker and sink, is on the market for £95 a week, giving the popular estate agent's term 'bijou' residence, a whole new meaning.

Described by one report as "a room with a view and a stew", there is however, no mention of a loo.

The studio flat in Chiswick's Ravenscroft Road (near Acton Lane) is being advertised for rent on Gumtree for £95 a week.

The property comes with a wardrobe, double bed and 'pine furniture' including a table and desk, but its most unusual feature is the shower in the kitchenette.

The studio was first listed in August 2014 and is £15 a week more expensive that when originally listed.

Flatland, who have the letting of the studio, say that the nearby Chiswick High Road is home to a wealth of fabulous amenities "including Harvey Nichols".

The nearest tube station is Chiswick Park, and the London Overground is accessible via South Acton.
