Prices recover from lows earlier in the year

The latest sales recorded for the Chiswick area suggest that prices have stabilised and if anything have moved slightly higher since the Spring.
Although volumes remain at historically low levels, with only 33 property sales recorded so far for June, the average price of £618,606 is up on May which in turn was well up on April. The May average excludes the sale of Walpole House for £12,500,000, the most expensive transaction ever in the W4 area.
