It might not be as expensive as you think to live in London's best area
After publishing the top twenty local millionaire rows, we can now reveal a more affordable side of Chiswick. A table of addresses, which have seen the lowest average prices for property sales, is topped by Devonshire Street, a small side street off the popular and smartly refurbished Devonshire Road. Wilkinson Way, off Southfield Road, is a close second with the picturesque Stamford Brook's Winston Walk third. "Chiswick is not as out of reach as most people suspect and first time buyers can really stretch their budgets. Options include ex-local authority and purpose built properties. There is something for everybody no matter where you are on the property ladder."
