Not another estate agent office - Or is it? | ||
Horton and Garton has moved to Chiswick High Road (Ad)
After 11 years as a Chiswick estate agent Paul Cooney, Director of Horton and Garton in Chiswick, which he opened four years ago, has found a work home for himself and the team that is unique in Chiswick and is likely to spike the interest of the local community. Positioned on Chiswick High Road, the new studio is an unassuming yet incredibly spacious working environment, High Road Studio is the perfect place for meetings with clients to discuss plans in private and it also offers a chance to meet the whole team face to face in a home like setting. Those who've already visited have commented on how the bright space is noticeably energizing, images do not do it justice, it is an ideal setting for the team to do business and focus on selling, letting and managing clients' properties whilst not being in an indiscreet and exposed fishbowl and is in a central position on the High Road in the very heart of Chiswick. But the studio, as mentioned in the title is more than just an estate agent's office… When possible, High Road Studio will be shared with the local community, welcoming creatives, speakers, and businesses to network and showcase their work. Paul has long dreamt of having something so unique, a suitable hybrid space, a place from which to focus on work and feel galvanized whilst offering the ability to learn and grow, supporting local businesses and charities along the way.
So how will it work? Horton and Garton aren't suddenly switching their attention to running events, the focus is very much, as it always has been, on selling and letting beautiful Chiswick properties. It just so happened that an opportunity arose to move into such a wonderful space that was firstly the perfect work home for Horton and Garton Chiswick and secondly that it could be shared with the community. Whilst we're inviting individuals and our clients to make an appointment to come and visit us for a coffee and catch up, this announcement is also an invitation for those who might like to collaborate to get in touch. Many of the talented members of Artists at Home will have their work showcased throughout the year, there are already arrangements in place for a local food business to hold pop ups and plans are in motion for speaking and business events when restrictions allow. Horton and Garton, a long time West London agent with strong connections in the locality is known for having a different ethos and are hands on in their involvement with the community. Paul's passion for Chiswick and the people who live here has played a pivotal part in this move, he and all the team are looking forward to sharing the space. High Road Studio will be managed by Parinda (Social Media Manager) and Emily (Admin and Client Care) – if you'd like to speak to them regarding a collaboration or are keen to meet with Paul in his new work home, please email chiswick@hortonandgarton.co.uk or call 020 8996 5120. Whilst meetings remain to be by appointment only, we're really looking forward to welcoming you into our workspace. To virtually view High Road Studio, please click here. |
