There is no one type of property that is selling. Nearly every property we've listed for sale from pied à terres on the High Road to forever family homes - has found itself swiftly under offer. A picture perfect Edwardian house in Strand on the Green was agreed for sale above the asking price within 48 hours of hitting the open market, a beautiful Beverley Court apartment found itself under offer above the asking price within 5 days of marketing and 3 riverside homes went under offer within a fortnight. We launched a Grade II listed Grove Park house in Quarter 2 and achieved a phenomenal result for our clients within just two weeks of marketing; the house had previously been listed for sale with one of our competitors for 8 long months.
