Sales Director Paul Cooney delighted by these prestigious awards

Horton and Garton's client service has won two ESTAS Customer Service Awards, the biggest awards in the UK property industry. The ESTAS, presented by Phil Spencer at Mayfair's Grosvenor House Hotel and in its 15th year, is sponsored by property search portal Zoopla. Spencer says, "The ESTAS are special because shortlisted and winning firms are selected purely on the service they deliver to their clients. Real feedback from real customers experiencing real service, I don't think there can be a greater honour in the industry than to receive an award based on that mantra." A thousand agents from across the UK anticipated the results and for Horton and Garton it was a clean sweep for the West London sales and landlords categories - both voted for by our sellers, buyers and landlords.

To be rated so highly by them is the greatest possible honour. Their feedback alone is the reason we've come out ahead of the local competition. For my clients to help me bring what I would describe as an Oscar for the property industry back to Chiswick is unbelievable. The West London sales category competition was fierce. We were up against long established local, regional and national agencies and we came out on top of our competition here in Chiswick, Hammersmith and Shepherds Bush which is testament to the way we work. For us, the sales process begins and ends with service to our sellers and buyers."
