Horton And Garton's Commitment To The Community |

Supporting local charities
Commitment to community Our message to Chiswick is simple: we want to make a difference - not just to the property profession by bringing honesty, ethical practice, knowledge and genuine enthusiasm back to the business, but to our community at large. For almost a decade, Horton and Garton owner and director John Horton has quietly supported a variety of charities behind the scenes. This long-standing support is standard practice and part of the mission statement at Horton and Garton. This steady funding for vital charities within our communities is essential and in order increase our charitable outreach we’re going a step further. Above and beyond We love to give back and we know we can give more. Paul Cooney, our Chiswick director, has made a lasting commitment to the community: sell, let or manage your property through our expert team and we will write a cheque for 10% of the profit from our fee to a charity of your choice – every time. With so many worthy causes right here in west London, the average sale would provide a four figure donation. Charities have lost more than £3.8billion in grants from the government over the last decade and this figure continues to grow. One example is the school funding crisis - front page news - which will leave schools in Chiswick with large shortfalls. Your business will help us go above and beyond, changing the future of our communities for the better. Why Horton and Garton? With 90 years of combined experience and a team that both lives and works within our neighbourhoods, we keep our clients at the heart of our business. Our sales team If you are considering selling, letting or managing your property and only the best will do, give us a call. Not only will we put you first, we will ensure 10% of our profit from your fee goes to a charity (or charities) of your choice. Whether it’s a local organisation like the Chiswick RNLI, Abundance London, your church, Hounslow Animal Welfare, or a well known national charity, we are always happy to lend our support. Since opening our Chiswick office in April, we have been able to support the following registered charities: Chiswick House and Gardens Trust
