Our Lady of Grace & St Edward Summer Fair is set for 10 th July on Turnham Green. By building on the success of last year’s event, where more than 3000 people attended and raised £13,000 for local charities, this year promises to be bigger and better.

This is a great way for local businesses to be involved as a community sponsor and generate publicity among thousands of people. During the 2003 Summer Fair, companies, such as Fish Hoek, Mackens, Whittards, and Carphone Warehouse, gained valuable visibility and community awareness by their sponsorship.

We are opening sponsorship opportunities to all local businesses. Your business can make a valuable difference by participating in a number of different ways.

For the first time we are introducing tiered sponsorship so that contributions can be fairly reflected in the publicity that is received. Three levels are available:

• Be a Friend and donate £250 - £499. You will receive publicity and recognition in the program. Programs will be sold two weeks before the event and on the day of the event.
• Sponsor a Stall or Activity for £500 - £999. In addition to the publicity and recognition in the program, your company logo will be prominently displayed on the stall or activity that you sponsor during the event.
• Be a Main Sponsor and donate £1000 plus. Along with all the above publicity: recognition in the program and your logo displayed on the day, your logo will be featured on all our advertisements, including the public banner displayed on the High Road prior to the event, our fliers, and our local community door drops.

If you are unable to help through a monetary donation other ways in which you could extend your generosity include:

• Donate a prize for the auction, raffle, or as an award
• Buy a vendor stall for £250 and sell your products to the attendees
• Offer any products or services for the day of the event
• We are imaginative and would welcome the chance to explore your ideas

At the heart of this lies our drive to help the neediest in the Chiswick community. All funds raised go to support local charities for terminally ill children, nursing homes, local schools and help for the homeless.
