Countdown to Parish Summer Fair on Turnham Green

Our Lady of Grace and St Edward's Summer Fair will be held on Turnham Green on Saturday 12th July from 11.00am until 3.30pm. This year's Summer Fair will be opened by ITV's Heartbeat star, Jason Durr (pictured right) at 11.00am.

There will be an array of stalls and entertainment available throughout the day and it promises to be a fun filled day for everybody who attends with all the proceeds from the Fair going towards local charities.

This year's major sponsors include Foxtons, Bank of Ireland, AIB, and Nationwide Building Society.

Food stalls featured at the Summer Fair will include an international stall, an oyster and champagne bar, BBQ area, beers and wine tent, teas and cakes and children's lunches. Stalls selling quality clothing, books, plants, CD's and videos, jewellery, toys and bric-a-brac will also be scattered around the Green.

And of course there will be plenty of entertainment for all the family. There will be a local football tournament, an Auction, Agility challenge, a magician, demonstrations from local dance groups, a Kid's Corner, bouncy castle, face painting, nail tattoos, games, balloons and lucky dips.

There are fantastic prizes to be won. This year's raffle prizes include a night at five star Berkeley Hotel, Knightsbridge, passes to Eurodisney, three nights at the Ardeonaig Hotel, Loch Tay, a pamper package and family membership to Virgin Active. Everybody is welcome to attend.
