Chiswick based tennis club Will to Win maintained their excellent start to the season with the men’s team recording two more wins. On Tuesday night Civil Service visited Will to Win with the home side scoring a 16-8 victory. In form second pair of Marcus Barclay and Paul Vinnell won two tight tie breaks, the rest of the team being Nick Armstrong, Conrad Germain, Jags Matharoo, and Phill Tait.

Sunday saw action in the National Club league with a visit to Wembley and Sudbury. The score was all square after the four singles matches but Will to Wins regular doubles practice paid dividends and Nick Armstrong, Alistair McLeod, Phill Tait and Rob Marcantoni came away with a 8-4 victory.
