For his “commitment to highest quality of service & standards”

Rick Stein has been awarded a lifetime achievement award from the AA for his “commitment to the highest quality of service and standards, a track record of constant improvement and an unswerving dedication to customer care”.

Stein, who co-owns Sam's Bar & Brasserie crowned best of the capital’s 60 under £60 this week, was “utterly delighted” to be recognised by the AA. “Above all, though, I am receiving this award for everyone I work with” he said.

Rick Stein will be in Chiswick this month signing copies of his new book at Sam’s Brasserie & Bar. Details will be published on ChiswickW4.com as soon as they are confirmed.
