The Devonshire

126 Devonshire Road, W4 2JJ Map
020 7592 7962
thedevonshire@gordonramsay.com

The second of Gordon Ramsay's pubs, The Devonshire is set in a quiet residential corner of Chiswick, London.

The Devonshire features the building’s characteristic high ceilings, large windows, original fireplaces and restoration of its unique wood panelling and façade as well as an attractive landscaped garden to the rear of the pub. The restoration of the Victorian building undertaken by us has been sympathetic to the pub’s original features in order to retain the historic character and return it to its former glory. Getty Images are responsible for the installation of vintage black and white pictures depicting the area and its history.

The Devonshire is under the guidance of Mark Sargeant, Head Chef at Gordon Ramsay at Claridge’s, and he is overseeing the creative development of the menu.

"had a most excellent meal and the price was not too bad. Service was very good, unobtrusive yet friendly. Wine list superb. Our party ranged in age from 12 to 73 and all tastes and wishes were easily accommodated"
"The best restaurant in Chiswick in my view. Uncompromisingly French, never bland and food clearly prepared by people who know what they are doing."

"I have always had good food and service at Piccolo"
"My impression was that the food was fresher and more authentic that the more expensive but better situated so-called Italian restaurants on the High Road"
"A real find. Relaxed, friendly, good food, reasonable prices"
"the best Italian food I have eaten outside of Italy in a long time. The service was prompt, but not too quick, polite and friendly. We ordered dishes slightly differently from the menu, and each dish arrived perfectly as we wished. We were not made to feel as if we were causing hassle as you often feel in some places. The risotto and calzone were lovely - we would have had dessert but couldn't fit any in! The prices are also very reasonable given the quality - this place is a gem and I can't believe we have been sitting in Pizza Express for years!"
