Opening April 2013

We have been overwhelmed by all the enthusiasm from all you lovely Chiswick people about our super exciting new club so THANK YOU from us. Lots of you are asking about our Maggie & Rose Village Nursery so here is an update.

The Maggie & Rose Village Nursery will offer care for children from 12 months to 5 years old, five days a week, with morning, afternoon and full day options available. Our opening hours are from 8am to 6pm with flexi open and closing hours from 7:30am-6:30pm. We are currently taking pre-registrations for April 2013.

The Maggie & Rose Village Nursery is set in a unique mini village environment, allowing little ones to mimic a real day from going shopping or visiting the theatre. The children will feel part of a community, experience responsibility and use their powers of make believe at all times.  The adventures will be endless, the skills learnt invaluable but most importantly happy memories will be made, lasting a lifetime. It is essential that the Maggie & Rose Village Nursery is a home from home environment that becomes an extension of their family home, somewhere that children feel settled, loved and nurtured in.  Our ethos isn’t to push children into being educated but to provide them with a warm, stimulating environment where they can follow an innovative activity timetable with fantastic childcare practitioners. This allows children to develop at their own pace whilst being guided towards the skills they require for school.

We are excited to announce that our Nursery Head,  Miss Rachael O’Connor started with us this month.  Previously, Rachael has been managing a local Nursery facility and really knows her stuff. She has exactly the right balance of organisation and creativity to help us deliver what will be a total revolution in Nursery day-care provisions. Rachael O’Connor has said "The passion and enthusiasm I have encountered since joining the Maggie & Rose Team has been truly incredible, I am so delighted to be part of this unique and creative approach to providing top quality childcare in a positive learning environment for children".

Rachael is working from Chiswick HQ on a day to day basis and is on hand to answer all your questions.  We are also holding an open day on Wednesday 27th February at Maggie & Rose Chiswick.  Please contact nursery@maggieandrose.com for more information.

We are super privileged to have the guru of the nursery world, Miss Jane Ritchie on board to help us with making the dream a reality.   Jane’s vast knowledge of the industry and expertise in all things Ofsted are getting us prepared for opening in April 2013.
