Chiswick all set for a Revolution | |||||
Vodka bar extends an invitation to opening night party
The bar, situated on the former Pitcher & Piano site, has been given a sleek contemporary revamp and is all set to become a very welcome addition to the Stamford Brook end of the High Road. General Manager, Ian Collins, told ChiswickW4.com "We are opening in Chiswick almost a decade to day of the very first Revolution bar. We are set to take the bar and food scene by storm serving great cocktails, beers and fresh food. I believe we'll fit right in with Chiswick's elegant surroundings." The Chiswick branch will be the first in the chain to place a great emphasis on food serving dishes made with locally sourced ingredients from 9.00am until 10.00pm seven days a week. With no less than 56 different vodkas, bottled beers and a seemingly limitless menu of creative cocktails on offer, every taste is catered for Del Boy to Raspberry Mojito. If you fancy a few Bees Knees or Tropical Storms then pitchers of cocktails (containing approximately four to six glasses) are also available from a very reasonable £12. Entertainment is also provide a key ingredient to this neighbourhood bar with a D.J. on Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, an Open Mic night on Sundays, Jazz on Mondays, Unplugged Indie on Tuesdays and a Supper Club on Wednesdays. During the hours of 9.00am to 5.00pm the bar will operate a no smoking area and will be strictly over 18's (ID will be required for those lucky enough to look younger than 21!). Although the doors officially open on the 11th March, Revolution will be holding an Opening Night Party on Friday 17th March. If you would like an invitation to what has all the hallmarks of a great night out, go to www.revolution-bars.co.uk and fill in your details. NB. It should be noted that an invitation does not guarantee entry and therefore guests will be allowed in on a first come first served basis from 5.00pm. March 4, 2006
